Our Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Personal care or hygiene items that have been opened or used (where applicable)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at support@zyvre.com.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was received defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within a short window after purchase, before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be cancelled, but may be eligible for return once received.
