Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or the phone number provided at checkout.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Total estimated delivery time from order placement is generally 6 to 11 business days.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delays
Zyvre is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Damages
Zyvre is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or Zyvre support directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
